How are orders packaged before they are shipped?

We offer our customers three options for packing your orders before they are shipped to customers. The store provides its own packaging materials and is used at the time of packaging. We use shipping companies’ bags if they are available.

How long does it take to prepare the order and send it to the shipping company?
Usually we prepare the order within minutes or hours, but in the worst case scenario, it is prepared and packaged within 24 hours and delivered to the shipping company.

What is the shipping time for orders?
Of course, shipping orders depends on the shipping company chosen by the customer, but mostly orders are delivered to store customers as follows: Major cities 1-3 working days Large cities 2-4 working days Remote cities and villages 3-6 working days Gulf countries From 5-7 working days.
